Point A Edinburgh

Lovely stay at point A hotel. Despite its size, the room was cosy and clean. I appreciate that the rooms are cleaned every three days to minimize the impact on the environment. Breakfast was great (I would avoid the mini muffins because they had a weird taste) and the team was really lovely and welcoming. Overall I would recommend for short visit!

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The staff is also amazing! The receptionist and staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful! They made a lovely and great first impression. I had an absolutely amazing experience at the hotel. The service was excellent too! The service was attentive and efficient, which made the experience even better. The room was nicely equipped and very comfortable! I had a great time during my stay! I can't wait to see you again for an even longer visit in the future!

The staff in the hotel where all so kind friendly & helpful which created a nice atmosphere. The rooms are small but what they lack in size they more than make up for in every other way. The beds are so comfortable. The tv is a smart tv so we could cast from our phone to the tv. The bathroom is lovely and has a lovely brand of hair and body pump & hand wash pump ( no horrible soap bars). They use ‘naturals remedies’ brand which is vegan with organic ingredients, it smells lovely. The room was very well cleaned, spotless. The room is kitted out with all electronic touch switches for: lighting, do not disturb and air conditioning/ temperature control. It has the option of colour changing lighting, I found green nice to relax in. There is no kettle but that didn’t matter to us. There is a safe and hairdryer. There is a lovely wood effects type solid floor which was nice and just felt cleaner than carpets.the seating area in the lobby and dining area is nicely designed creating a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast choices were lovely a really good selection and variety. We were particularly pleased by the dairy free options, the vegan croissants were delicious. Overall a very positive experience!
